Punggungku Sakits

Tuesday i did Body Pump before i shadow in Body Combat. After that, my ass muscle (scientific name Glutues Maximus, polite name Glutes/ Butt) is kinda sore that day...

Apparently today my ass still kinda sore and i shadowed Body Combat for today. Halfway through the esquiva move my leg almost cramped up i lost my balance... Lucky enough i managed to regained back my balance...

And.... during cooldown i can't really balance well in quad stretch..... Ass is very sore... He he he.

What an experience.. What if i did BC release 37 and continue on with Body Step? Ha ha ha. MC 3 days....

WHAT IF, i go to a massage place and go,

"Er, my muscle is painful can u massage?"
"Sure, sir. All the masseur here are trained in chinese medicine and they know how to treat muscle injuries."
"Er, ok."
"So, sir which part?"
"My... ass?"
"................"

Note to self: Don try to be a hero.... XD
